Just buy them from 1sttoyotaparts.com I highly, highly doubt anyone here is going to sell you a set of them. It wouldn't make sense for someone to sell them seperately from the strut bar. 99% of the time the reason the covers aren't included with the strut bar is because the 4 clips on the back are super cheap and break. (Though when I bought mine, they had a total of 3 broken clips, from the factory!)
