Ok, I've had two Celicas in my car owning career. A 94 st and a 94 gt both hatchbacks (obviously) and on neither one does the rear window washer thing work. Was that a problem among all 94s or was i just lucky enough to get 2 broken ones??? And does anyone know how to fix it??

U may have to find the blockage or leak, trace it back from the washer bottle and the pump (under the F/Right wheel arch covers), the line to the rear runs along the right side of the car, I think its the tube thats under the right door bottom trim and carpet, unless thats fuel I'll be damned.

Yes, the rear washer hose runs under the door sill along the right side. You msy have to look under the edge of the carpet, but it's there.

Anyone ever notice that when you're holding the rear window wiper stalk to the furthest twist position (to activate rear window wash fluid) that sometimes your front wipers randomly activate?

^ Nope, that must be only you. I can confirm that the fluid line does indeed run under the door sill. And FWIW, mine has always worked...so I would say it's a block in the line like someone said, or it might just be the pump not working? Try listening to what happens when you twist the stalk because on mine, I hear the pump...pumping. If you don't hear anything, the pump's probably bust, and if you do, there's most likely a block, or leak.

iirc there are 2 pumps or some kinda dual pump system. 1 runs the front nozzels 1 runs the back. and because the distance to the back is greater it tends to burn out the rear pump first and u have to replace the whole assembly.
i posted this question a while back about my car. i believe this is close to the answer i was given b4. and its about a $37 part from toyota.

Same pump for front/rear. it just spins the opposite way i believe. and many times it will work on the front but not rear
