SoCal Caravan

This is the list of those members interested in the SoCal caravan as of right now. The meet is coming up in less than 2 weeks and I would like to finalize the meeting location for the caravan. If your name is not on the list, and you wish to caravan with us, please add your name and location on to the list. I just visited the lake today...dude, there's hella lot of people there! Lot #5 was completely packed! We better get there early and "park" the cars to cover as much space as possible. And it was HOT! 92 degrees. Looks like short/shirt for me...

I got cones, but that does us little good

I was at the lake around 3pm when the lot was full. But there were plenty of parking lots empty (just out of the way). It would be nice it we can secure Lot #5, because it's in the center of the park (so we will be the center of attention

).

As far as I know, we'll need about 8 spaces (to be safe). I'll figure out the exact count today. As far as the 35th member's name/phone, I believe it was for ScoobyDooCruiser.

Oh and there were alot of people in swimming suits/shorts. The beach area was packed with people. You may or may not want to bring your swimming gear. But I would bring a hat or umbrella/parasol. I'm going to bring a canopy. Although our BBQ site has shade, it won't be enough for everyone. Oh, and bring a blanket to lay on the grass to sit on. I saw lots of people under the shaded areas lying on blankets. This place is definitely a family recreational area with lots of kids running around, teens sneaking off from their groups, and families BBQ-ing in every spot. That being said, I wouldn't bring anything with me that might be left unattended as there will alot of people passing through our area.
