I'll take this for him: nothing. His parents are making him get rid of it because he had issues with the wheel bearing, and it is since fixed. As it sits right at at 170k miles, there is nothing wrong with it. Rust is also minimal, as far as I know.

It's got one tiny rust spot on the bottom of the passenger side door, another by the windshield. Both were there when I bought it, neither spot has gotten any worse in the last 3 years. Here, this is the link to my FS thread for it.
