Pic request - 6G Celicas Forums

Topic #72380 13 posts Started by cheela
Ok, I just bought some TRD springs and am in search of pics of them installed. I know it's probably been asked millions of times and I searched thru the users but could find any good pics showing the ride height. I just wanna see how much of a drop i'll get and how it will look. If you could post some pics of ur celi or A celi with TRD springs showing ride height. Thanks

Eibach Sportline springs and TRD springs are the same; I'm dropped on KYB GR-2 struts.

Taken exactly one week after lowering, so they're pretty much settled.

The ride is great, I have no complaints whatsoever. KYB GR-2 are, as far as I know, the cheapest OEM replacement strut, but they're fine for this type of lowering. They are warranted up to 1.5".

Pro-Kit springs are black and so are TRD springs...but I read somewhere that they are Sportline springs though. Not sure.

so TRD and pro-kit are the same. Do the eibachs fall into that as well? I just wanna see how much of a drop i will get and how it will look.

Yeah pretty sure pro-kit is TRD springs and not sportline.

It's a good drop although the rear doesn't sit low enough for my liking. These should give you an idea.

btw swissferdi your car looks awsome!

Thanks man, I really appreciate that. biggrin.gif

How is it that yours looks the same in the rear and even a bit lower in the front than mine, yet you're on Pro-Kit springs? confused.gif
