they dont seem to be in super terrible condition.
im not really a fan of 18's but id grab them for that price
at that point where they are, i would sand em down then powdercoat them. itd be worth it

Did the guy make a mistake by typing 18.9 pounds? I thought they were more towards 10 pounds. 18.9 pounds is not light for a wheel, as far as I know. My tC wheels weigh somewhere around 22 and they're HEAVY.
Definitely pick them up. I'm not sure if I'd rattlecan them because well, it is an expensive wheel...if you can do powdercoating, go for it.
