looks good...but how do you actually get the heater/cooling control unit out...i tried but it didn't work >> i couldn't figure out how to pull off that white thing in the back...

they are the subject dividers w/ the colors that you slip a piece of paper in to tell you whats in that subject

ok when i disconnect those wires...are they easy to put back??
