I haven't ordered anything from them but I had a few email exchanges and they were pretty quick in responding.

i have actually use the procarparts reverse gauges on my 7th gen. i never had a problem with them. try emails. they are located in CA down here in LA i believe.

Yeah, actually I think quite a few people on here have their reverse glow gauges, I've never heard of any problems with them. Usually people order from them off eBay, but I think they're alright.
Well I opened up a paypal dispute last night, we'll see where that gets me.

Oddly enough, their Administrative contact is alfaotto@aol.com...AlfaOtto gauges on Andy'sAutoSport.com are the exact same thing and I was planning on getting them.
I think I'm just going to follow through with the paypal claim since that's been initiated already. Thanks for the help though, forgot about whoising them - been a long time since I've had to trace any server lol.
