Hello, my name is James. I was once a victime of Joel, owner/manager of Toysport, and his deceptive practices and "sly" schemes. I have waited 3 months for two gt4 hoods, a 3sge tranny, a 3sgte st185 engine, and a stage 2 clutch which was promised to me over a month ago. After many many times of calling and questioning about the progress I got excuse after excuse. Finally, about two weeks ago I was fed up with Joel and his whole cartel of hispanic greencard flashing monkeys and took action. I called him on the phone and talked very strict, serious, and eventually it turned into obsessive rage. After screaming and slandering him for all he was worth demanding my stuff to come to me within two weeks, nothing made him crumble as the next sentences that came from my mouth. "Joel, I have been waiting for this for about 3 months!! YOU HEAR ME?!?! You are two months late Joel, and I want it here by next friday or else..." Joel says, "Or well what sir?" I reply in a smooth voice yet the tone still inflicts rage, "Or else you will be hearing from my lawyer... for my money back, and possibly a lawsuit upon you for false information, deceptive practices, and evading a business transaction upon contracted date."

Joel spazzed out and decided to get me my shipping numbers I have been asking for. Finally I called the company "Custom Trucking" and found out my engine was in the same state as I was now. Two days later, I am now the proud owner of a 3sge tranny with a 3sgte st185 engine, and a possible blood clot forming in my vein.

The gt4 hoods and clutch I am still waiting on but if it is not here, time for some threats with lawsuits further by sending him paper work from a lawyer >> God damn I had enough of HIS CRAP!

good work, dont take **** from anyone! but im hispanic, its all good though i know what u mean.

i talked to those guys before and they seemed mad shady so i didnt order anything from them.

i got my hood and bumper from toyota. everything came in less then one week!. the only thing the dealership cant get you is the 3 vents that go on the hood. i believe that we dont have correct part numbers for the vents because they come color coded, and thats why toyota cant get them. i ended up getting those from toyotaworld. their service was ok, and i got the vents within 2-3weeks.

I'm pilipino.......the word around the pilipinos is that not to trust Toysport unless you get the "bro vibe" if you know what I mean. Lets jsut say..that even I won't buy from them...

When you deal with them you need to mention...
1. California Department of Consumer Affairs
2. Better Business Bureau
3. A lawyer to sue the Sh*t out of them.

These will make him get off his lazy a**.
