I think it might be a fuse problem, but i cannot remove the fuse because i don't know how to. It's hard as eff to get out, and i don't want to yank it out. Not sure if it will cause any other damage by yanking it. Is there a trick to remove this fuse?

The compressor and fan doesn't turn on and there is/should be freon in the compressor. Please help, Texas is getting in the high 80's now!
the FUSE is removed by pressing the tab on the left hand side of the fuse (passenger side). Just press it away from the fuse and it should wiggle out.
