The car is finally up and running! but needs to replace a few parts

1) Is there anything i need to know for driving a car with turbo? (i don't want to blow the turbo)

2) How much is it to replace a alternator and a thermostat?

lets the car sit for a second and idle before you shut it off

at what psi should i keep it around when using it? the defi gauges are confusing me.
