AH, I have the SAME problem. There must be a way to make a replacment bushing guide?
Not yet. I plan on trying something out when i have the car running sometime this year. So when it's outside of my house and i'm not worried about replaceing engines, trannys, clutches, IGN componets, harnesses, ECU's ect. then i'll have time to worry about a window.

Hopefuly this happends sooner than later. But ATM it's whole glass or nothing.

PM'd.

Anyone else interested may PM me as well.

OP, Have you found a definate solution?

I have access to (as well as a few dozen in hand) fiberwashers (really thick ones) that i think may be of use to this thread. Again though, I cannot try it as of now. But if you have any ideas, i'd love to bounce them off you and we'll see what we can make work!
