If you mean getting images in a forum topic, you have to upload on photobucket.com (or similar site) and copy and paste the "IMG link"

I think he means he can't upload pics. So yes, best solution is get photobucket and just post the url image link.

after you upload to photobucket there is a generated link for you to copy that is called IMG. Copy the IMG code and paste it here.
