Ok guys/gals, its been more than a year and i only just got the engine to start a couple weeks ago but it would only idle roughly, then it would just fire but wouldn't start and idle but now i can only hear it firing and the starter trying to turn it over. here's what i know so far:
-all vacuum lines should be good
-no CEL's
-oil is good, coolant is good, gas is new
-starter and battery are fine
-fuel pump would kick on before but now it won't unless the fp and b+ are jumped (using the diagnostics connection)
-timing is set (distributor might need slight adjustment, but not enough to keep it from starting
-giving it a little gas while trying to start doesn't change the situation
-engine is fully rebuilt, new spark plugs and wires.
-ignitor is grounded and so is the efi main relay
-grounds on tranny @ starter, alternator bracket, back of intake manifold and valve cover

any help would be much appreciated!!!
-oh and quick question, anyone know what size the fuel rail/fpr thread is?

Your injectors are squirting? My buddy had a 1JZ, I did the wiring for him and we can never get it started other than spray starter fluid but it would die right after the fluid ran out. Thought the wiring was bad so he sent it off to Tweak. Well when he got it back same thing. Found out all 6 of his injectors were rusted stuck.
