maybe its a good idea to build in a rating function for the rides.

The site actually used to have that functionality a long, long time ago, when the site was launched for the very first time. People complained that their ratings were too low and it was a mess. I guess that I could do something like this, and have the ratings reset every two months or every month or something. What does everyone think about that?

eh, i wouldnt use it. i dont know... i kinda dont like the whole rating thing, it brings me down >> but if u got alot of good rating itd be an honor, so in that way its cool

Maybe you could have a few levels of honor that get voted on by a certain amount of members.

A few honor ratings would be ok. But more than three or four would get irritating.

Like you have I dunno, I suck at names. A level of car enthusiasts that have both worked extensively on their engine and looks and have a name for that "insert name here" One were they have started the work, maybe just show, or engine "insert name" one for someone that has excelled to a high level of show but no go (above the moderate show and go) "insert name"...

Just a thought.

just give the member the ablity to inable or disable other member to rate ther rides..
