shifting at above 4500 rpms into 2nd or 3rd is hard and shifter feels "rubbery" like its being pulled out of place to get into 2nd on a quick shift but doesnt have a solid feel that its in 2nd, if i shift slow and careful and under 4k it feels absolutely fine. would this be solved with a short shifter alone or do i need to replace the whole shift mech at same time? could my shift cables be stripped or strecthed? anyone else have this problem with stock shifter?
