Topic #74758 7 posts Started by mkernz22
Does anyone know how to remove the radiator support? As some of you know I got into a front end accident.
I know I can drill out the tack welds, but that takes for eeeevvvvveeeeeeerrrrrrrrr. Does anyone know a more efficient way?

Please PM me and send pics or send me a link to a post where someone has done this!
I really some help!
Thank you!

drilling the welds is the fastest way, I used a step drill bit to remove mine, it took less than 10 minutes.
do you know how many welds there are? an estimate? and where could I get a that drill bit at?
I would copy and paste the answer I sent on the pm before I noticed you posted the same exact question here as well, but my ctrl key is malfunctioning
my internet wasn't working right when I was trying to reply on here so i didnt know if it went up or not

I got my step drill bit at autozone
3 per each side of the radiator

4 on each side at the fender frame.

total of 14 or so welds

Then it's time to save up and get to the junk yard for some replacement parts
