it seems questionable for me. Those pistons loook so tiny. It wouldn't even seem like it has a bigger pressure on the rotors any more than stock.

actually, the 4 smaller pistons, spaced like they are will have much greater surface contact, and greater pressure more evenly accross the pad than 1 large piston, or even 2 piston calipers.
but the 11" disks are on the small side, especially if your running bigger wheels, and want the fuller look.
i for one actually like the design of the caliper, even if it is a bit on the small side.
the big killer is the price tho, 1200+ for a "small" BBK? lol

11 inches = 279 mm
Stock ST205 brake system is 315 mm = 12.4 inches
and god knows with 1200 you can not just put together a ST205 brake system, you can also get custom floating disc to get really fancy.
