im not to sure where to post this question

roughly how much would a gt-four conversion cost and would it pass smog?
i know its not cheep and i thought one of the reasons gt-four wasn't legal in the us was because of emissions.

it would not pass smog unless the 3sgte came from a 1995 mr2 which was available in the US.
