First off I want to say that I cant believe toyota charges more than a dollar to program a key fob. I did it myself in ~20 seconds...
but anyway my chirper isn't working. Turns out they tend to go out pretty often. So anyone have any idea where an RS3000 Piezo chirper would be??
bump! c'mon at least one of you swap guru's must have run into a chirper. Dont tell me I have the only celi with a factory installed rs3000 alarm...

It's on the front driver's side of the engine bay. I'll try to take a picture of it tomorrow when it's daylight.

It's up by the drivers side firewall zip tied to another wire. It's about an inch and a half in diameter and has a piece of foam going around it.
awesome thanks. Its kinda hard to find if you cant listen for it haha
Haha I know right? I found out my car had the VIP alarm too when I installed some new floor mats. I picked up a new fob for mine recently and the pizo thingy works when it wants to. I might replace it cause it's nice to hear when your car is locked/unlocked.
