Reputable Exhaust Shops - 6G Celicas Forums

Topic #75483 7 posts Started by Espo
Okay so I made a thread in here about a deep sound exhaust system for my 7A-FE. I have all the parts now, (and might I say that Vibrant muffler is HUGE) but I'm kinda stuck on where to go now. It's a completely custom setup obviously and I don't wanna get ripped off, I know Firestone always tries to rip people off, I'm not sure about Valu Auto Care (or whatever they are) and I know Lifetime Muffler is typically bad. I don't know anything about Monroe's rep - I just don't wanna get ripped off while I'm doing this. If anyone local could recommend a shop or anyone else knows a reputable chain I might be able to find, let me know. I appreciate any help, thanks.

Edit: Looking at Monroe, they're total ripoff artists. Scratch that. Mufflerman has a mostly positive rating except from a Civic owner...

Honestly, your best bet is to find a local shop that gets great local reviews! Check the forums for other car clubs in your area and see where everyone else goes.
I don't know about NY, but in Bama. The best anything that has to do with cars are usually backyarders... You can make better money that way... Just find someone with a good reputation...

Scraps
I'll have to go looking around then. Thanks guys.
they're all individual franchises, so each will be different.
