As the topic says, Has anybody tried repinning the 6G 3SGE loom to work with the 6G 3SGTE ECU?? Considering that the 3SGTE ECU plug is available??

i have the 3rd gen 3sgte pinout, however, i dont have them for the 3sge.
are you talking about a beams?
im not too familiar with the compression ratios ect of the other 3sge's but i dunno how well a beams motor would run on a 3sgte ecu, since the GTE ecu is programmed to run the 9:1 compression motor, and the beams is like 11:1 or somthing.
obviously you'd also loose vvti control, which IMO is the shining point of the beams.

Thanks M8, the 3SGE I am after os the european spec 3SGE with 170odd bhp, not the beams. 3rd gen 3SGE.
