>DRL's only came on Canadian spec model.
Its mandatory to have them, and its also illegal to drive without them. Well that's how the rules are in BC anyway.
But yeah usually its just another wire connected to the high beam headlight. Cut that it well stop working.
Yeah I know. Mine is a GTS (canadian model only) so that's why I have DRL on it.
I know it's not legal but I don't really care haha.

>You should not remove your DRLs at any time for any car in Quebec. They are mandatory according to the CSR (Code de la Sécurité Routière) and you can get a ticket for having a car without DRLs (not sure, but I think it's a 154$ fine).
Even myself who has an imported GT4, I needed to install DRLs to be legal. They're not required at inspection and I see many cars with disabled DRLs, but I prefer the legal way, I don't want to end up getting a ticket just because of some DRLs.
Depending of the equipment on your car, you could switch your DRLs to your fog lights for example, it's all wiring things up, which is not hard at all.
I would, but I don't have fogs on it so I can't

I know it's mandatory, but I seriously don't care much.
Do you think it would be possible to change de DRL from the high beams to the low beams?

>before you start your car, click your e brake up once and when you go to put it in gear the headlights should not come on.
My buddy in a hond taught me that haha.
Yeah that's what I do actually. But I wanted to find another way to disable them.
