Im trying to make a decent pair of angel eyes for my celi. anyone know a good place to get some really bright leds bright enough to make then noticable?

Hiya...have a look at candlepower forums...got great info and links for LED stuff.
There are pics on there as well showing you the different brands of LED's along with lighting from different angled LED's.
I am currently making some extra driving lights for my motorbike using PCB board and 10mm 30 degree angle LED's. The PCB board can be sprayed so it blends in rather than looking out of place in it's copper format.
