hey guys just wondering about the s2000 antenna mod to shorten the current antenna.
will this antenna work

or is it only the oem s2000 antenna that works for the mod.
im still not understanding how to do this mod, eg where you cut at the base of the antenna etc

AFAIK you can make any aftermarket antenna with the thread on base work. I didn't use the s2000 antenna on mine and it turned out quite nice

i just bought a semi short one from autozone. it works perfectly fine lol
with mine, I just took out the stock one, and then the aftermarket one just went in and I tightend it down. works perfect and i have great reception
