Except for CA, did you have any problems passing smog test with this mod only in any other states?

changing your intake is not going to change emissions.. either way your car is taking in air, whether its a short ram or stock.. so i guess the answer your looking for is a short ram intake wont effect a smog test. if you fail, its not bc of the intake, its bc of something else that would have made you fail anyway
