ok so one day i come to my car to find that theres all these black marks on the rear bumper. the bumper itself is not damaged though. So i think, damn some fool tired into it. Alright, i go home, get some tar remover and scrub my butt off. A lot of it comes off...but not all of it. Theres still black marks, lines going across, about 7 inches wide on the bumper. I try again, no luck. What can i do to remove the marks? Or did the paint come off?! help...?

Use compound and you can get it off. Use wax also cuz it'lll take some of the paint off, thats normal tho.

stuff'll buff out... use some polish... thats what i used when some **** hit my car
