Don't know about France, but all US Celicas have a double DIN dash. You can put in a double DIN radio or a single DIN radio and a storage compartment. The dash itself is not single or double DIN.
What part of the dash do you need? Post a picture of what you need. Hope you don't need the whole dash, that's going to be an expensive piece to ship.

That's the center trim panel. All US models came with the one you want. If you're going to put in a 2DIN radio or 2 separate single DIN units, you will also need the radio bracket that goes with US models.
