will these fit my 94 celica gts? if so shipping to Manitoba Canada R1A 1K6 would like these because I could sand them down paint them instead of pulling mine off and doing alot of work.

Could you tell me the bolt spacing for the mounting bracket? i.e. the center to center distance? I have a 96 ST and was wondering it these would fit. Already tried some that didn't work.
