ok people iv never really run into this particular problem with our cars 94 st im running an optima red top 800 cold cranking amps no subs while running without load (meaning lights, ac ect.) im pushing 14v after high beams an ac are on i drop to 13.5v which is within range ...now when ever im idling at a light my idle and guages fluctuate an match my turn signals blinking as soon as i turn off the blinkers everything goes back to regular idle an evens out i am a mechanic an have the computer that tests the charging system an no problems show up has anyone ever had this problem if so wut was your issue ooohhh an alternater is new as well..
