Requesting : Curren front end on st205 - 6G Celicas Forums

Topic #76987 10 posts Started by joe588
Hi, new here smile.gif

I have an st205 gt-four, japanese import roughly 300bhp. I'd like to fit a curren front end to it, but after weeks of searching i can't find any pictures of a gt-four with the curren front end. Has anybody done it here, or on a normal hatchback celica? I can only find pictures of the celica with the boot.
I'm the only one with it, sorry I don't have recent pics but this is about 2 years old or so.
and the wheels aren't actually mounted to anything and the M3 bumper was for a joke laugh.gif

I'm going to have to upload more recent photographs with a full body.
Hey Joe mate biggrin.gif

Theirs a guy on gt4oc.net that has done it before on his gt4 with a front mount intercooler I can't find his pics though but you should try looking there.

Alright luke! Yeah, I bought an st205, my st185 floorpan rotted away. Cracking car...

More to point what are you doing round these parts... didn't you buy a TT? biggrin.gif

Here's my car...

That looks pretty good so far the curren one. Are you the only one who has done it then? Might explain why I can't find any photos... Yeah i'd really appreciate it if you could get some newer photos! Might just do this...

That wasn't a curren front end...that was a skyline front end.

I'll do my best to get you some new photos with rear bumper/splitters ect.
she's still a serious work in progress....I use the term progress loosely
No it was a real curren front end I'm not talking about the skyline front end on the hatch it was a while back though I though I had some pics of it but can't find it and its not that black one that had a supra front end and now is trying to convert it to curren I think that guy was in the states the car I'm talking about was in uk black also curren front end with fmic and gt4 blocks real gt4 st205 model.

So basically you want to see how a hatchback with a raised spoiler would look with a curren front end? or were you wanting to keep the gt-four hood aswell? because i think the hood would need a fair bit of modification to make fit with the curren lights.

Speeding doesn't kill! It never has!Stopping suddenly .. Thats what gets you!

Wow mate, that looks clean as a whistle! I like thumbsup.gif

Haha, yeah, still got the TT, i stayed on here as i was helping out moderating, and never left smile.gif

Never like the curren front end personally, looks like any old 90's taxi to me, but understand the need to be original smile.gif
