Couple things:

1. You're new here without and trader rating. Most people aren't going to want to risk buying something when you're so vague on details. How do I even know you are in possession of this piece? This sounds like a scam to me.

2. How about some information on this? What is it? How did you come across it? How much did you spend? Why are you selling it? Is it new or used? Do you have lines to go with it, or just what is pictures?

3. Why not put out a price? Even after a quick google search I don't know how much this thing is worth. Throw out a price+ or best offer.

In short, why dont you take a picture of what you're selling with a piece of paper with your screen name and the date on it, and give us information regarding this item, including a price.

this should be mandatory
I think so too. Proof of item currently in your ownership (paper with the date in a picture), and a price.

Do you have the sandwich plate that goes with? What you have is actually the remote filter plate, and the cover for the low profile sandwich plate... But that sandwich plate is missing.
