LAL. Little late there, pal...try for the next meet in the summer.

Well folks, I had a great time. It was nice seeing my first BEAMS, meeting a few new members, and generally just having the whole list show up, so props to you guys for making it. And Axel, Yuri, Samir, good to see you guys again as usual.

We'll have a 2011 Summer meet, pending that I don't kill myself if it gets too hot. I vow to bring proper burgers next time.

If anyone has pics to share, feel free to post here.

nice pics guys..maybe the next meet yall will be alittle further north and i would be able to come as im in SC but close to GA/FL so we will see....got some friends about to move to WPB also so be an excuse to go see them also hehehe we will see what happens gotta get my front end painted or everybody would point and laugh at my celi lol......looks like yall had a good time though..

91 miles to the meet + 91 miles return trip + cruise route + tolls would run you about $40 including gas and about half of sunday. We have chosen a centrally located meeting place with many of our guys driving as far away as 200 miles away.

With the next meet, I'll open it up more to debate - we had good attendance at this meet, so I'm hoping to increase it with each meet. If I have to drive further to accommodate a better meet location, I'm cool with that. The problem is that not many people are in north FL, most of us are in the south. The Miami crew isn't even willing to drive up to Orlando, so to me it seems doubtful that the meet spot will be moved.

Everyone would love the meet to be 5 minutes from their house. Realistically, that can never happen! I'd say that I was one of the closest to the meet location this time and it still took me 45min-1hr to get there.

And its pretty much pointless. The meet during last summer that didn't go very well was planned in Tampa because most of the attendees lived near there. I think 1 or 2 people from the long list made it there and it was literally in their backyard.
