There's been plenty of coverage of this, but basically, FWD NA Celica has a 65L tank under the rear passenger seats. GT4 Celica has a rear diff and drive shaft in the way so a 68L drop tank is located at the very back of the car under the spare tyre well.

The GT4 boot is higher than a FWD boot, the spare tyre pokes half way through the carpet, and the fuel tank underneath the spare tyre well sits low slung beside the muffler.
