I would love to go to a meet in the tri state area, but there are so few and far between. Does anyone know of any upcoming events.

idk about tri state, but isnt there one called the DWG (deleware water gap) coming soon? im thinkin its near jersey cuz alot of the NY/PA 6gc guys go

NJ meets in the winter I cant really see being very big, or happening.
DWG was only a few months back Sept? maybe before august i cant remember.
Theres also CSP hosted by manny (presure2. in RI) in the summer which gets a huge! turn out, like 45+ (celicas&mr2's)
Ive also made one in jersey, there are lost of people and interest, just cant see one happening in such cold weather, kinda limits the things you can do, ya know.
maybe plan this for the spring? Im down for something in the middle of spring.
lets say april or march? I know its a long ways away but trust me the more time, the more people. Ill help you create if needed too, as i said i created one 2 years ago, great turnout. but i dont live in jersey so if you know a good place shout it out

torque- do you really want to set this up? it was your idea thats why im asking, but if you just want to be apart of one, ill make a new topic and make the meet. its up to you, you just havent responded to anything

DWG CSP and the philly meet are the big ones. DWG is usually twice a year. beginning of summer end of spring and the end of summer. CSP and philly are once a year. those are the 3 best to go to if you want a big meet full of 6gcers!

I've been to dwg past 2 years its a good time.

Im from the bronx...never been to a meet....so Im definetly down...not emplyeed at the moment, that might change next week if everytyhing goes well. You guys think a Sunday is best? Clear Highways

Look for a DWG thread this spring

Yeah I will finally make it to the DWG meet this year...haven't made it to the ones in the past.

DWG was not that long ago, only a few months, i think it was late this year (ive only been to one). But in the coming months I may start a new NJ meet. Depends on my swap progress.
lets hear some general ideas of areas for the meet (prefer something new, not too out of the way for most locals... i drive like 3 hours so it doesnt make a difference to me)

I plan on starting the DWG meet this year. Your more than welcome to help. and DWG is generally more than once a year. or thats how its been in the past at least. DWG is one of the best locations as far as driving miles go. its a perfect middle point between some states.
