The Car is:

07 Nissan GT-R

The car obviously has to be completely standard, the tyres must be SPORTS HARD and whatever assists you need.... I just used ABS=1, everything else off.

Then you need to post this full screen, so it shows arcade mode on the left, and the time, and car. I will try to update this first post with people's times.
Only validated laps count, so if you go off and the clock goes red, it doesn't count.

If you can beat 7'29.03 you get a trophy on GT5

Achieve a time of 7'29.03 on the Nurburgring Nordschleife in a Nissan GT-R '07. The record must be achieved in a Time Trial in the Arcade mode version of the car with tires of Sports Hard grade or lower equipped.

Might be good to see how close we can get? I guess it will be pretty tough....

yup. Has to be Arcade mode time trial to get the trophy, All the arcade mode cars are stock.

Wowww, now that is a man's car!

My first clean lap is a 7:51.883. Had a major off into the gravel, so should be easy enough to beat lol.

Now don't disappoint me this time guys, actually post a time

Grr, I hate sports hard tires...I only use sports soft.

I just got a 7 30 05 with 2 small incidents along my way, I'll post a picture once i get a clean run

I didn't have much time to play last night, but I managed to get this with a lot of mistakes along the way, so I'm sure some of you can get a 2 / 3 seconds improvements over it.

BTW, I had traction control 1 and ABS 1 everything else was off.

Uhh...a lot of mistakes you say...and you were little more than half a second off the world record?

on the hard tyres?

a lot of mistakes I don't mean I went off the track, I mean, in some turns I slowed down slightly more than I needed, it was my 2nd " clean " run, I had 5 attempts to it last night and the other 3 were in the 7 30 - 7 39 range but were invalid runs.

I'll have a go at it again tonight and hopefully I'll beat the record so I get the trophy and that would answer the question about the tires, I can swear and cry I was using the sport hard tires but is jsut words, the trophy would prove I am using the right tires
