Changing lip colour on wheels - 6G Celicas Forums

I'd like to change the lip colour on my wheels.
They are polished aliminum, but I like the chrome look with blue tint - like on Titanum exhausts tips, if you know what I mean. Is there a way to do this??

Multi-piece wheels or monoblock?

If you don't have multi-piece wheels, then you can't get a true titanium lip.

They are 2 piece wheels, how is it done??
