Oh yeah.....my car is a LHD will the latch from japan work? Does the RHD celicas latch face opposite direction, and probably cant be flipped
Tried to go to the jusnkyard twice...First time i thought they were just closed...after some translation i realized that since it has snowed they close their salvage yard.

Hey man, I spent an hour or so tying to find the latch on this site www.nengun.com. I was not able to find any, however, my friend used this site for his scooby and was able to request a part. You may want to give them a try!

Get your hands on a RHD one and then just modify your OEM LHD one to work, I did it, works great.
