I noticed my celi dripping a little oil and when i jacked up the car there was just a huge mess but i think the
spill is coming from this hole



is there supposed to be a bolt there?

is that the intake manifold?

yes it is

thats just a bolt hole for a bracket.
it dont go all the way thru the manifold.

looks like your valve cover is leaking pretty badly (or had been leaking a little for a LONG time) and the oil is collecting on the runners of the intake maniffold, and everything else.
