Is it possible to instal a header for 1.8L 3sge to 2.0 3sge GT

well a 3sge is a 2.0, not a 1.8. The 1.8 is the 7afe... so a header for a 3sge will fit a 3sge. header for 7afe wont fit a 3sge

And what about the size of the headers ? Are they with the same diameter :?

The shape of the header is wrong. It will not work.

I'm not sure the 5sfe header bolts onto a 3sge, but you can find them on ebay.
