I know many currens have it, so I would say it's possible.

yup. the 4WS model was designated a ST203 and came with the 3SFE engine.

I saw a guys celi that had done a 3sfe engine swap and he had converted to 4 wheel steering. He said it was really time consuming, but worth it.
