need some stereo help sort-of - 6G Celicas Forums
cheapest way would be if the existing headunit has RCA input on the back.
If not then get one of those cassette modulators.

^ I had that for a while, sounds like crap. I'd recommend a cheap, cheap bottom of the line head unit with AUX input over that.

oh crap didnt think of rca inputs on back ill google the model of headunit see what i can come up with and i cant use one of those adapters.......its a automatic face meaning it slides down to expose cassette input...that adapter is common knowledge
yeah, RCA inputs and (what are you tryin to hook up?) If it's like ur Ipod or someting- just get a dollarstore earphones/uds and a dollar store AV cable- cut and splice. 2 wires per line. no biggy. dont spend 15 bucks on some fancy pants RCA Converter or somestupid ****... lol.

ok i researched into it i found a converter to go from jvc's cd changer port into rca or a 3.5mm jack thats about 8$ or i can go with a sirus satellite radio fm modulator and use that, this radio has no audio inputs besides the j-bus cd changer plug.......think ill go with the jvc j-bus/3.5mm cord then ill get a fem/fem coupler and install it into the dash somewhere so i can just plug mp3 player into there without having wires hanging out of the dash....thanks for all the help guys....i wish i had the amplified factory sound system as i know i could put a aux input on that.....
