Topic #78435 13 posts Started by gt4st205
The title sounds a lot cooler than the story. The earthquake in Japan has knocked out our power, and due to this, I have had to patrol arround our headquaters in my car... and also gaurd our weapons room in it. smile.gif
That's awesome. I want a machine gun turret mounted to the roof.

thats awsome now u can tell them that they need to increse ur power to catch people.
Look out for zombies. If there is one thing American television has taught me, is that zombies ALWAYS pop up around natural disaster areas.

gt4st205, how's the damage up there? I know we sent the rescue squadron and some engineers from here. They are even talking about sending some firetrucks up there to help with the cooling of the reactors...(I personally don't want to go near those things...)

No damage on base, but the tsunami stopped 800 feet away from the wire! They are most likely going to send the dependents home to conserve energy. right now we are playing host for 20 other countries though, and my wife is fluent in French, Tagalog, and is pretty good with Japanese... Which hopefully means she can stay. They are sending people from my unit (along with me) ,who volunteered, to go and clean up bodies. I'm just getting myself ready for it, mentally. I can't wait t help though!

If there is a Zombie Apocalypse, I just hope I'm back in Colorado for it... Thats where all my guns are!
I wish you the best of luck with the body clean-up, never a fun thing IMO. Hopefully your wife will get to stay too! I really would like to go up and help out but it seems we are needed for the mission here instead.
