4agze swap will cost about the same as a 3sgte swap. For less power, you can find a 3sgte at a variety of prices ranging from 1200 to 4k, pick your poison. Trannie from a GT, s54, mounts, etc, will run you another 6-700. Then harness conversion price range from 400-800 depending on who does it, and of course the engine tune up before install, no idea on that pricing yet.
4age will drop in, pretty easy. No real gain, best used if just looking for a small upgrade and simple swap for the ST.
IMO 4age is a waste of time, 4agze is not cost effective for min. gains....3sgte or bust.
Expect to spend about 5k if you do it yourself.
Edit: Forgot to address the 7afte...Personally I wouldn't trust a non-built up internals 7a, for some its a valid option, but I just can't see the point in spending money on something half ass done to save a penny.
