need help...
the car is: 1994 year JDM Celica GT ST-202 Automatic with 100 000 miles on the clock.

I failed to pass the MOT here becouse it's shows that the gazes from the exhaust are to reach from the fuel...to much fuel going out...so i change:

-new catalyctic convertor
-new lambda sonda (from toyota)
-make full service (all filters+all oils+sparks+spark plugs+distr. cap)
-new radiator fluid+radiator cap
-new termostat
-new water pump
-change all belts + tens.
-clean the throttle body
-the diagnostic comp. show that there is NO codes for mistakes on the car

then been again to the service to pass the MOT and....the same - when the check my exhaust gazes it's show that the fuel is to much so i can not pass

so if someone have idea what can be PLEASE to let me know

-K&N panel filter
-Magnaflow mufler
-HKS manifold

double check the ignition timing, what number is too high? HC?

i was thinking to write down the numbers from the service but i didn't.. so i can not say what exacly was too high?
