Nice topic.
What is the cheapest and the good/best coilovers nowadays in the market?

FBMay 2015 COTM
personally, for budget coilovers, Megan and BC Racing. < again thats for value coilovers

So.... the bc coilovers have to be welded into lower part of superstrut arm? Do the Megans? I'm looking to get the Megans today. Don't want to buy ones that I have to weld in.
For the GT four, any of the coilovers, I believe have to be cut and welded, unless you're buying Coilovers for the Superstrut Suspension.
I believe Tien and TRD (Correct me if Im wrong) are the only companies that make Coilovers designed for superstrut, and are A) expensive as hell, and B) Very hard to find.

If you're planning to run the Coilovers on your Gt or ST (as listed in your profile) that is running regular Macpherson style struts, then you won't need to do any welding, simply bolt in.

Cool,The KYBs and Tien springs keep bouncing like crazy when I drive through the city. Especially on the real passenger side.
I'm looking for a smoother ride. I want it like my old Celica when the ex-first drove it home from the dealer. I miss her; The car that is... biggrin.gif

And yes, I kept the car in the divorce!!
Woops double post

I'm planning on getting some coilovers in the near future. Would I have to do any modifications if I was to install these onto my 1997 Toyota Celica GT? I am running stock suspension besides the AG lowering springs.
