hey guys i have a major problem with my map sensor it will only read 5 psi and fall on its face ....... i no its not ment to read boost so what am i dealing with ?????? what map do i need to get ??????????? and im only runing a fmu so i need a map that will work with no tune .....HELP >>>>>> 96 celly gt 5sfe st204

Your gonna blow up your motor the way your running it.
Ditch the fmu, get the 460cc rx7 injectors the 5sfte guys use, an safcII, and a 2 bar map sensor outta a 90-93 alltrac or mr2t.

the stock MAP sensor is behaving exactly like it should. its seeing boost and its not supposed to so it shuts down the ECU. you need a piggyback like the mentioned AFC or the AEM FIC that can take the stock signal and manipulate it and fool the ECU.
