i'd scrape that
I don't normally drive fast, but when I do its on a curvy section of this island
not new. Been around for years. It's a custom job fitting a charge speed kit and top secret diffuser to a GT4.
Had to chop the front lip into sections and rejoin, fill to get the curve the same as the four and new mounts to join to the bottom front and for the skirts.
actually its being sold on a website, not custom at all.
