FS: ebaY "F" header - $70 + freight - 6G Celicas Forums

Topic #78894 7 posts Started by oldeskewltoy

Above is my ebaY "F" head header. I have the entire thing, UNUSED.

The manifold-to-head gasket is damaged - the gasket might still be useable, but the gasket was bent in shipping, and it is beginning to separate. I no longer have a need for this header, so I'm selling.

I'm asking $70.00 + real, actual freight... not an inflated figure.

edited to reflect correct price - title had said $80, now corrected to read $70

forgot... easiest method of contacting me is my email oldeskewltoy@yahoo.com

Does it come with only what is pictured?
it doesn't look like it will meet up with the rest of he exhaust.
And the whole on the front is for the o2 sensor, correct?

the photo above is actually mine... mocked up on a F head on my work bench. I have all of the parts* - what you see, and the downpipe, along with all the hardware and the gaskets*. In essence this is the complete header seen below

* - the manifold-to-head(4 ports in a row) gasket is partially damaged as described.

yes - flange on the #2 pipe is designed for an O2 sensor

Does this effectively delete the cat?

I do not know... I purchsed it for use on my 1989 Corolla All-Trac sedan equipped with a 4AFE.

*IF* I had used it, I would still have used the OEM cat... even if that required me to modify the pipe
im running this on my 7afe. it will fit the 4afe also. it does delete the cat. and one prob i had is there is no spot on the mid pipe for the second o2 sensor so a mount will be needed to be welded on if ur worried about your engine light being on. i also welded up a cat on after the mid pipe for my visual inspection here in pa.
