My friend has a GT-Four that has the radiator fans running pretty much 95% of the time. Even when the key is only on "on" and not running. Anyone know what the problem could be? Btw i didnt know if this would be under wiring or under engine in topic so i put it in here. Inputs are much appreciated thank you.
Radiator Fans on at all times. - 6G Celicas Forums
i know this happens if the AC is unplugged and if the sensor on the bottom of the radiator is unplugged, check both of those

I will return one day.
ok thanks guys ill make sure to tell him to check it. I'll see if that resolves the problem
I'm not exactly sure how the GTFour is wired, but if it is wired like the GT 5sfe is. Both the a/c pressure switch and the coolant temp switch are designed to turn the fans on. The a/c pressure switch technically doesn't have an off position, it either turns the fans on, or switches over to listening to whether the cooling switch is on or off. Relays will get stuck too though. If the relay is stuck then the fans will be either always on or always off.
